The art of eight limbs. Thai pads, bag drills, clinch work, self-defense — wrapped in conditioning that builds a fighter's engine from the ground up.

Taught by Vinny Chiquete, BFU's Muay Thai State Champion. You'll learn authentic technique while getting the most complete full-body workout on our schedule.

YOUTH BOXING

Ages 8-15

Your kid will learn to throw a jab — and how to stand tall when life throws one back. Jump rope, strength work, bag drills, and real boxing fundamentals in a structured, high-energy environment.

Every session is supervised by USA Boxing certified coaches who know how to challenge young athletes while keeping it safe, fun, and focused on building character — not just fighters.
